Excel Homes debuts new duplex models in Edgemont!

New to the model line are the Emerson, Bentley and Orion models. These duplexes all feature three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths and range in size from 1,358 to 1,555 square-feet. The Excel presentation centre is now open at 7144 Edgemont Way NW. “We will be running a quick possession program with finished homes available for purchase in the next few months,” Boyce says. “And you can tour the floorplans online.”
