In what could be a first for Calgary, Brookfield Residential will be launching a virtual viewing event on Saturday, May 30, when it introduces 13 new show homes in its young, south Calgary community of Seton.

The Seton Virtual Showhome Launch Experience asks attendees to tune in at noon on May 30 to setonshowhomes.com to explore the stunning new floorplans from Brookfield Residential, Trico Homes, Cedarglen Homes and JaymanBUILT from the comfort of their home.

It is the first time the renowned homebuilder and land developer is embarking on an online event of this scale, as they try to navigate a world where social distancing concerns remain.

“This event is going to be something different that people can take part in while relaxing in their loungewear on the couch enjoying a glass of wine, or a late brunch with the family,” says Jessie Seymour, Sr. Manager, Marketing & Community Experience at Brookfield Residential. “We are partnering with a few of the local businesses in Seton to offer a virtual cooking from Tommyfield Pub, and cocktail making class with Highlander as well as virtual tours of each of the show homes.”

Brookfield will be introducing two rear garage and two duplex show homes; Jayman BUILT will have two new front garage models; Trico will debut two front garage and two rear garage homes, while Cedaglen Homes will have two front garage homes, as well as the eagerly anticipated rear garage bungalow homes from their M Series.
