The Kepler showhome is at 2,130 sq. ft., slightly larger than the standard model which starts at 2,076 sq. ft. It’s a front-drive garage home that features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an upper-floor bonus room, making it perfect for families who want both space and smart design.

“The Kepler was designed with versatility in mind,” Van Horn says. “It offers thoughtfully curated features to enhance everyday living.”

It also has an entertainment space, featuring a copper-clad fireplace, full-height Oilers mural, and a custom Oilers pool table for an immersive fan experience. To top it off, it also has a poker room with moody lighting, a poker table, and a TV offers a sleek, high-stakes retreat.
