Move-in ready options

One of Daytona Homes’ key advantages is its ability to cater to quick move-in buyers. Wilson says Daytona’s quick possession homes stand out not only because of the more than three decades of experience they have in building homes, but also because they pay attention to what buyers want.

“Our pre-planned homes typically include upgrades that make the most sense in the current market conditions. This information is compiled using data from pre-sold homes and the upgrades that are most popular with our buyers. This reduces the stress of the selection process, as everything is done for you!” he adds.

Daytona has a wide range of move-in-ready homes available across multiple communities, at various stages of construction. “Whether buyers are looking for a quick possession or planning ahead by a few months, we have inventory available—making it easier than ever to find the right fit without the wait. And for those who want to make selections from the ground up, we also offer build-from-scratch opportunities,” he adds.

Daytona has homes available for possession ranging from immediate (two weeks) up to six months away from completion.
