In the early 1950s, David Sud migrated from Poland to Toronto, Canada, igniting his entrepreneurial journey. Despite lacking real estate experience, his vision and passion for construction drove him to develop his first project, a duplex. David’s dedication, integrity, and honesty laid the foundation for a thriving real estate empire. Now under his sons’ leadership, Sud Group continues to flourish in Canada and the US. The Sud Family actively contributes to the community, assisting many charities, organizations, and individuals. They work with the United Jewish Federation (UJA) on endowment projects, donate land to the One Kenton Alzheimer’s Centre, and provide significant support to the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation.
