Harjinder saw the growing cost of living in larger cities and recognized an opportunity in the secondary markets in southwestern Ontario. Beginning in Wasaga Beach with 5 homes, the company has since grown to being actively developing close to 1000 lots across 8 markets in Ontario and Saskatchewan.
